Friday appointment

It was just a get your chart started and go through your medical history appointment with a nurse. He went through all of my history and asked questions on what I feel was everything possible... He asked many questions about Kiefer's birth and they even have a form you can fill out for a VBAC - Vaginal Birth After C-section, which I really really want after having the emergency c-section with Kiefer. The nurse said that many doctors here actually encourage mothers to do research and make the decision instead of just opting for another c-section right away. There are many training dula's out here, so I may look into finding someone and befriending them, I know one that is a close friend, but she is moving to Patrick AFB in March, so that does not help me... We have our ultrasound scheduled for the 17th of October, they like to wait till 10-12 weeks along here, weird! I know since we had one with Kiefer at 7.5 weeks... Unless you fall into a high risk category, which I do not, unless I have unexplained cramping or something... I can't lie though cause then something might actually happen...

Food aversions are still going strong, I swear I hate my kitchen so much, every dirty dish just makes me want to vomit... Let alone the left over chocolate milk from 2 days ago, AHH!!! It is just gross thinking about it... I am learning to listen to the cravings, otherwise they just keep getting stronger till I am almost going crazy, the other night I just had to have sushi and avacado's so I ran up and got some to go in our neighborhood (no worries, it was just california rolls and eel) but everything had lots of avacado in it... Including the eel rool :) But OMG I felt so much better after I had eaten it, I really thought I was going to go crazy...

So this is definitely a different pregnancy right from the start... I'm scared...........
